What types of coaching do you offer?

We provide personal life coaching, stress management workshops, and career mentoring for both individuals and corporate teams. Each program is tailored to your goals, whether you're looking to improve work-life balance, build resilience, or map out a clear career path.

Are your services available online or only in person?

We offer both options. Our Dublin-based clients can attend in-person sessions, while individuals and teams across Ireland can join via video call. Corporate workshops are also available on-site at your office.

How long does a typical coaching program last?

Individual coaching programs usually run for 8 to 12 weeks, with weekly 50-minute sessions. Corporate workshops are flexible and can be delivered as a half-day, full-day, or a series of shorter sessions spread over a month.

What is the focus of your stress management workshops?

Our workshops teach practical techniques like breathing exercises, grounding methods, and journaling frameworks to help you identify triggers and build daily resilience. We focus on real-world application, not theory, so you leave with tools you can use immediately.

Do you work with corporate teams or only individuals?

We work with both. For corporate teams, we design programs that address team dynamics, communication, and collective stress reduction. We also offer career mentoring for employees looking to grow within their organisation or transition to a new role.

How do I know which program is right for me?

We offer a free 20-minute discovery call to discuss your situation and goals. Based on that conversation, we recommend a program that fits your needs and schedule. There's no obligation to commit after the call.
